Common support topics

Signing in
Use Google or request a secure email sign-in link. If a link expires, return to the sign-in page and request a new one.
Krewes and invitations
Ask a krewe admin to invite the email address or mobile number associated with your KrazyPickles account.
Games, scores, and ratings
Send us the game date, krewe name, and a short description of what needs correcting. Please do not include another player's private contact information.
Account and data requests
Email us from the address associated with your account for access, correction, privacy, or account-deletion requests.

Request account deletion

Email support@krazypickles.com from the email address associated with your account and use the subject “Delete my KrazyPickles account.” We will verify the request before deleting the account and associated personal data, except information we must retain for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
